Short Hills, NJ, February 22, 2017 — Diamond Communications LLC (“Diamond”) has entered into an exclusive partnership agreement with Canadian Pacific Railway Limited (TSX: CP) (NYSE: CP) for CP’s U.S. properties, which will include both the construction of cellular communications towers along its approximately 3,100 miles of rights-of-way and marketing its existing 134 communications towers for colocation. The partnership combines CP’s extensive U.S. asset base with Diamond’s expertise as a developer, marketer and manager of wireless infrastructure.
