Data Integrity Analyst Lease Administration

Overview:  Diamond, a leading private wireless infrastructure company with offices in Delray Beach, Fl, Springfield, NJ and San Juan, PR, is seeking a Data Integrity Analyst who would join a team responsible for managing data related to all lease activities and document management for contracts and documents related to Diamond sites. The individual will report to the VP, Lease Administration.  Job location preference is onsite at the Springfield, NJ office but will consider onsite at the Delray Beach, FL office.

Job Description

  • Run daily, weekly and monthly reports using Siterra reporting module. Reports are downloaded into Excel and summarized.
  • Schedule and track monthly close activities using Teams.
  • Responsible for a range of data management tasks, such as reviewing and validating data sources, formats, and structures.
  • Develop and implement data quality rules, standards, and policies.
  • Identify and resolve data issues, errors, and anomalies.
  • Perform data cleansing, transformation, and integration.
  • Ensure that data is accurate, complete, consistent, and relevant and will protect data from unauthorized access, modification, or deletion.
  • Assist with ongoing Siterra and MRI projects; set up, testing and coordination of necessary modifications to database and reporting.
  • Will learn aspects of Lease Administrator role in the future.
  • Other projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of general databases.
  • Experience with data mapping, conversion and integration.
  • Ability to multitask and keep track of priorities.

Education and Experience:

  • Advanced excel skills (INDEX, XLOOKUP, MATCH, OFFSET, etc) are required. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred but not required.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience with data analysis is preferred.
  • Experience with Siterra Site Management preferred.

Vice President & General Manager of Fiber/ISP Business Offering

Position Summary 

Diamond Communications LLC (“Diamond”) is seeking a Vice President & General Manager of Fiber / ISP Business Offering. Diamond is rapidly growing its fiber based digital infrastructure business segment and the successful candidate will play an integral role working with senior management to build this business unit.

The successful candidate will help coordinate Diamond’s resources to provide cross-functional leadership and project management for strategic initiatives, partnerships, operational imperatives to ensure a coordinated plan is implemented across the fiber/ ISP business unit.

This position will report to the Chief Technology & Strategy Officer and work closely with all members of Diamond’s senior management team. The role will have dotted line access to all of the areas of Diamond, including operations, sales and business development, finance, legal to ensure proper resources to execute against the strategic plan.

This position requires an entrepreneurial attitude, and the candidate must be an independent self-starter that can work independently to solve complex problems with minimal supervision. A technical understanding of the fiber / ISP product and infrastructure and the ability to translate the technical pros/cons of one system compared to another in a non-technical way is also a requirement. Experience with delivering content offerings and over-the-top services to end consumers and businesses is a plus. The position will help retain our current operating customer base, build a customer loyalty program and help grow our business nationwide.

This individual must interact with a wide variety of internal and external customers and communicate effectively at all levels. This individual must have experience selling, designing and deploying fiber / ISP systems that offer customers an excellent value proposition. This position will help Diamond, and its customers evaluate system design alternatives, product offerings and market expansion strategies.

Essential Job Functions 

  • Ability to support in business case development and bring an end-to-end solution involving a fiber solution
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time to various operating venues.
  • Work with existing Diamond customers/developers and new developers on Fiber to the Premise project design
  • Coordinate strategic planning efforts among disparate functions – Product, Operations, Finance, Technology, IT and BUs – to deliver prioritized set of investments that form the Corporate Plan
  • Develop understanding of existing business including products/services, partners, competitors, and the overall market and trends through research and analysis
  • Evaluate competitive landscape, market opportunities to develop, challenge and refine operating and investment plans inclusive of capital allocation considerations
  • Assign risk weighting to programs and determine risk mitigation activities
  • Partner with BUs and Business Functions to document requirements to execute strategic priorities
  • Create business cases including market analysis, strategic fit, economic models, and integration plans
  • Facilitate process to align business cases with investment requirements amongst internal stakeholders
  • Understand the back office, customer billing and over the top product offerings that can support our operation
  • Build detailed financial analysis showing assumptions, drivers, and financial statements representing a conservative, base, and aggressive case
  • Conduct addressable market analysis for the organization’s core market, assess major industry trends affecting the organization, and describe the impact of these trends

Education/Certificates

  • Bachelor’s degree

Experience/Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a regional manager or general manager of a cable operator, ISP is preferred (or fiber services business), managing all aspects of the business operations
  • Field experience which includes exposure to aerial, underground and/or splicing disciplines
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints and technical documents for OSP facilities
  • Knowledge of OSP materials/pricing necessary to complete the job
  • Knowledge of the OSP construction process
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex fiber projects and clients
  • Extensive project management experience
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments and driving clarity with competing objectives
  • Exceptional analytical abilities
  • Very Strong Executive communication skills

In-House Corporate Transactional Attorney

Diamond, a leading private wireless infrastructure company with locations in Springfield NJ, and Delray Beach FL, is seeking a talented and driven corporate transactional attorney to join our in-house legal team. The position will be onsite in the Springfield NJ or Delray Beach FL office. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in handling a variety of corporate transactions and legal matters to support our business operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Transactional Support: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements, including but not limited to acquisitions, financing agreements, real estate agreements, and commercial contracts.
  2. Due Diligence: Conduct thorough legal due diligence for potential transactions, identifying risks and providing strategic advice to mitigate legal issues.
  3. Corporate Governance: Advise on corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Assist in preparing board and shareholder meeting materials.
  4. Legal Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of legal developments impacting corporate law and provide timely and insightful analysis.
  5. Risk Management: Collaborate with other departments to assess and manage legal risks associated with business operations and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one state bar; eligible for in-house counsel licensure in New Jersey.
  • A minimum of four (4) years’ relevant experience in corporate transactions gained at a reputable law firm is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of corporate law principles, including mergers & acquisitions, and contract law.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Financial and Accounting Analyst 

Diamond Communications LLC (“Diamond”) is on the lookout for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance Group at our Springfield, NJ headquarters. As one of the largest privately-owned cell phone tower companies in the United States, Diamond has made over $2 billion in investments and acquisitions in the last five years. In this role you will gain hands-on experience in a variety of finance and accounting functions.  A successful candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks while providing thorough and organized analysis. Candidates who have accounts payable or accounts receivable experience may be well suited for this role. The position requires being in the office four days a week, with one day allowed to be remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the accounting and tax departments.
  • Prepare journal entries and accruals to ensure precise financial reporting.
  • Conduct analysis and reconcile general ledger accounts, including preparation of necessary adjustments.
  • Oversee general ledger account reconciliations.
  • Assist in the monthly closing process by ensuring journal entries are posted and reconciled in accordance with the month-end close schedule.
  • Reconcile monthly bank statements with general ledger cash accounts.
  • Maintain tax records and prepare tax bills, payments, and reports.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual tax obligations.
  • Liaise with third-party tax compliance firms and registered agents.
  • Generate timely payments to landlords and respond to related inquiries.
  • Post monthly tenant and recurring invoices.
