ST LOUIS, MO, July 31, 2023 – Ameren Services Company (“Ameren”) today announced its partnership with Diamond Communications (“Diamond”), a leading private wireless infrastructure company, to exclusively market and manage the installation of wireless carrier equipment on select Ameren assets. The partnership will expand wireless carrier access to Ameren’s Communication and Transmission Towers. More than 200 new communication towers are being constructed to support Ameren’s network. The Ameren-Diamond partnership will facilitate Ameren’s ongoing efforts to utilize its vast holdings of existing infrastructure for deployment of enhanced wireless services benefiting consumers, businesses, and communities throughout Illinois and Missouri. Ameren is at the forefront of helping communication service providers with their expansion network efforts across Missouri and Illinois. Ameren’s vast infrastructure, which includes transmission towers, telecom towers and land, provides the necessary structures to accelerate carriers’ build-outs.
